Compared to several other Hyundai dealers I've been to, McDonough is definitely above average. Staff is friendly, facility is clean and modern, and in stock inventory is plentiful. Pricing is very competitive but best of all, they do not force you to buy dealer add-ons. Our salesperson Jamaal was accommodating and helpful. We ended up purchasing a new 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy which is quite nice though I prefer my wife's Palisade. Our experience was not perfect, but overall much better than average. More
