My service advisor, Justin, is the sweetest! He's very personable and is invested into making sure that his customer's needs are met while the car is being serviced. I drive a Palisade and becau He's very personable and is invested into making sure that his customer's needs are met while the car is being serviced. I drive a Palisade and because of an injury, it's easier to get in and out of rather than a car. He took great care of me and respected my wish for a loaner SUV and not a car!
