Champ went above and beyond when I was having the hardest time dealing with a long issue of trying to rectify a problem that has caused me to be in a temporary tag longer than necessary. This is was created by delayed paperwork processing after I purchased a brand new car. I tried to reach others that were involved at the and I could get no one. I got Champ and not only was he a great listener, his patient and understanding was calming. He jumped into action to find a solution and stayed in contact with me from beginning to end.
