I arrived for my appointment on time and was told it would take 2 hours. It took over 4 hours. The biggest reason for this was your staff. Coming from Florida, our car started to break down on the interstate and barely made it to the hotel in limp mode late at night. I was surprised that the McDonald dealer was able to take the car in as soon a interstate and barely made it to the hotel in limp mode late at night. I was surprised that the McDonald dealer was able to take the car in as soon as they opened the next day and repaired it within a few hours. It was a major repair requiring a fuel injector replacement, but they had me back on the road in time to get home 5 hours away in Tennessee by dinnertime. My initial impression was very good but the closing process was too long and there were errors in my contract that the General manager had to correct.
