Worse service department I’ve ever seen. My vehicle has been at this location for 1 month. After 2 weeks of calling with no return call, I visited and was informed they forgot about my car My vehicle has been at this location for 1 month. After 2 weeks of calling with no return call, I visited and was informed they forgot about my car and it had not been looked at. It has now been 2 more weeks with no response to my calls. Had 10:45 am appointment and waited, didn't get car done until after 1:00 pm. Disappointed as it was only for oil, filter change with tire rotation. When I checked in told the the gentlemen wanted air and until after 1:00 pm. Disappointed as it was only for oil, filter change with tire rotation. If the information does show up on online appointments why have it? Pretty frustrating. More
