I had an 11:00 appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and paint issue. I was checked in just before 11 and was told vehicle would be ready by 1:00. Vehicle came into the garage at 1:00, services were per and paint issue. I was checked in just before 11 and was told vehicle would be ready by 1:00. Vehicle came into the garage at 1:00, services were performed and brought back to the service writer area where it sat for a half hour. I had to ask a service writer if it was done and he said yes and "offered" to finished up the paperwork. He was not my service writer but was very helpful in wrapping things up. The paint issue was not addressed until I asked him about it. He documented the issue with the paint defect as I requested and was very vague on whether Hyundai would authorize a repair. I feel the service manager should have been involved in the paint issue. I was finally on my way at 2:30. The only positive was that the vehicle was returned clean. They only reason I traveled 50 minutes to this dealership is because of the bad reputation of my local dealer and the fact that I purchased it here. More
