He made sure all my questions were answered before I left. He look care to make sure my snow tires were ordered and installed on the car and the original tires that came with the car were stored away. There were a few items missing on the car that Mark had to order. I enjoy driving the car and all its features. I made the right decision. Overall it was a great experience. More
