James and Carlos are so freaking amazing!!! James and Carlos were exceptional! The first time I called another service advisor at this dealership was so flippant and immediately said “No, we are James and Carlos were exceptional! The first time I called another service advisor at this dealership was so flippant and immediately said “No, we are not taking appointments until the 23rd you cannot brng in your car”. I explained to this other man who was short on soulutions and long on attitude that my engine light went in and I am unable to drive may car and need to bring it it. He then respond with “ I don’t know what to tell you”. Really?!?! So I contacted Carlos and he said to contact James and my car was in the next day! Best Costumer Service I've had anywhere in a very long time. Having car problems can added a lot of additional stress in life and I certainly was feeling that way prior to my recent experience. I called McDonald Volkswagen needing help with my car, but feeling worried that having my car repaired was going to be expensive and inconvenient. My experience was quite the opposite. I walked away feeling incredibly valued as a costumer of McDonald Volkswagen. Brad Murphy and the service crew made my experience completely pain free and totally easy. They got me right in, answered all of my questions, sought to provide me with everything they felt I needed even if I didn't ask for it. I was in and out the same day with my car running perfectly by the end of the day, and at no cost or hassle to me whatsoever. Stan Compton, the Courtesy Shuttle Driver, was an additional pleasure. He was professional, kind and attentive. Together, they took my anxiety around car issues and set me at ease. In a day and age where costumer service isn't what it used to be, I would honestly say that this is the best costumer service I've had anywhere in a really long time.
