Great service as always I brought my 2016 Passat in for the 60k maintenance. Even with the work that needed to be completed, my car was ready by 11:30! I love the video tha I brought my 2016 Passat in for the 60k maintenance. Even with the work that needed to be completed, my car was ready by 11:30! I love the video that is sent to me by the tech, explaining every part of my car. My only wish is that the car would get washed. I understand it was a cold day but a quick wash, at least on the windows, would have been nice. I will continue to bring my car to McDonald rather that a dealer much closer to me in Boulder! More

Alec kept in touch with me throughout to let me know what was going on & he answered all my questions in a courteous and professional manner. I did need a new tire & wheel due to damage and they provided me with a competitive quote, although I did end up shopping around for that part. I dropped off the car around 3pm and it was ready by 9am the next morning I was happy that they were able to get the car back to me so quickly. More
