I am a first time customer to Volkswagen. Horace is the best service rep I have worked with (he was great understanding that this is my daughter’s first car). Brad was able to get me in early for a later scheduled service. The tech now provides a video where he walks through what he's doing with your car and it's very informative and helpful.
