Daniel in the Service Dept handled everything very well. I brought my 2017 VW CC in to get the oil and antifreeze flushed and new fluids put before a pending winter storm. I was expecting that I would hav I brought my 2017 VW CC in to get the oil and antifreeze flushed and new fluids put before a pending winter storm. I was expecting that I would have to leave the car before the Service Dept could get it to it. However, Daniel told me they could get it done within a few hours and I could wait in the lobby if I wanted to. I was surprised but very happy that it could be done so quickly. After the work was done, Daniel reviewed everything with me including the inspection of the vehicle and we discussed how that fit with my plan for a comprehensive check-up in the spring. Great work!
