I had such an outstanding experience!!! I had taken my car to the Havana Dealership and it is terrible compared to you guys!! You told me I was due for my 40,000 mile check up ( they did not) and changed car to the Havana Dealership and it is terrible compared to you guys!! Very easy. It was a battery replacement for my Touareg. (Battery is under the driver's seat) Once they had a technician in to work on it, they had it done in about an hour.
