Our service at McDonalds VW was truly exceptional. We had been trying for three years to have my 2006 Beetle repaired. We had taken it to other VW dealers and other mechanics who never were able to diag had been trying for three years to have my 2006 Beetle repaired. We had taken it to other VW dealers and other mechanics who never were able to diagnose the issue but still charged us. Horace and his team were very thorough and found the problem, fixed it and the cost was so fair and far below what others had charged. During the three weeks they had the car, Horace called at every step to keep me in the loop and make sure I agreed with his proceeding the diagnosis process. Also, I needed new tires and they were fine with my ordering them online and shipping them there. We have to travel 90 miles to get to McDonalds but so worth every mile. More
