First time I took my GTI in bc the heater wasn't working, they kept it for 2 days and told me the heater was normal. I was going to sell the car. 2 months later the service manager called me to ask to bring they kept it for 2 days and told me the heater was normal. I really like the video reports from the actual technicians who clearly show what is wrong with your vehicle and what they recommend as well. I feel absolutely NO pressure when I am there to complete certain repairs or to purchase a new vehicle. The facility is ALWAYS immaculate and they provide a very nice waiting area which also has a coffee bar for refreshments and sandwiches. More
