Dropped a GTI off for an oil change. The tech did a walk around and took pictures to verify there was no damage. Picked up the car the next day and the weather stripping on the driver's door was falling of around and took pictures to verify there was no damage. Never any previous problems with the weather stripping. The service manager said it had been glued on before and the glue failed. This is surprising as there had been no previous problems. Service tech said it may have happened when they washed the car. The car was all together when it was dropped off. It was broken when it was picked up. Phoenix in the service department was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the bunch should be avoided. More
