I had a less than satisfactory visit earlier this year which made me take pause to come back again. I was pushed to make a $2400 repair which turned out not to be needed. The service person I worked with would not return my calls and was rude. On this visit with James I was pleased with his assistance and not encourage to make unnecessary repairs. James (and all the other guys in the service center who checked us in and helped us get the car done quickly) were all very professional and helpful. He listened to what my needs were and was very transparent with maintenance schedule and possible delays, however he made e the phone and in person.
