My initial experience started out very poorly, but Doug stepped in and made it right. His personal attention to the matter did not go unnoticed. What started as a scheduling nightmare and a struggle to get stepped in and made it right. His personal attention to the matter did not go unnoticed. What started as a scheduling nightmare and a struggle to get my vehicle in at a convenient time for me, because I had to drive down the mountain from Dillon, was quickly resolved by Doug. The issue with my car had to do with my front windshield. I felt like I was being treated like a typical woman who heard a sound that didn't exist. But Doug believed me, drove the car with me, reached out to his regional rep, and in the end discovered that there truly was an issue... A manufacturer defect. I'm thrilled to be driving in a quiet car once again. Doug made sure I had a vehicle to drive while the car was being worked on. He truly went above and beyond to rectify the problem and make sure that I was not only happy with the results but also happy with the process. More
