This is my second visit to McDonald VW and I am just as pleased this time as I was with the first visit. Everyone is incredibly helpful and kind. I really love the video that gets taken of my car once its' been serviced. After I watch it, I definitely feel informed and like I know what's happening with my vehicle. More
Appreciate the extra effort Stephen Guillet (Service Advisor) made in making sure I was able to get the car done so I could get home (via public transportation). Asked them to fix sunroof cover as it opens up on its own and declined module flash recall as it is my right to decline recalls. They completely botched the whole job by not fixing the sunroof cover as it st and declined module flash recall as it is my right to decline recalls. They completely botched the whole job by not fixing the sunroof cover as it stayed closed for one day and after that went back to being broken. They also performed the module flash that I specifically told them not to do. There's absolutely no communication at all at this dealer or they just don't care!Meanwhile, the mechanic was busy trying to sell me new tires, when my current ones still have a couple of thousand miles on them and a cabin air filter that I can do myself as it does not require any tools to change out. Instead of fixing the problem I brought the vehicle in for, the mechanic was trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. The mechanic is more of a Grease xxxxxx lube tech then a "master mechanic" as stated by the service writer. Highly recommend that you stay away from this dealer! More
