Hello Andrey - I received your one star review today. When we provided you a brand new VW Taos to use as a courtesy car you provided us with your insurance card, as you are responsible for the vehicle and it's return in the same condition. When it was returned to us with a broken windshield, we advised you on the spot that we would be contacting your insurance company - which you and I did together. You were very upset when they chose not to cover the replacement costs because they were under your $1000 deductible. When I then asked you to cover costs yourself, you became even more upset and told me you would not pay. I had to absorb the costs myself. I did send you and your insurance companies copies of the windshield replacement charges and your signed rental agreement showing you assumed responsibility for the new car you were renting at no charge. There are several other VW dealers in Denver and I agree with your decision to work with one of the others. Best, Doug Brown

Brand new car that had already over 6k miles on it. The demand letter doesn't say anything about windshield for the Taos. It says Tiguan. The envelope dis not contain any proof of damage or estimates from the bodyshop about the coat of replacement. So good luck to you.

Yes, correct. You own a Taos, and our new rental car was a Tiguan (a '22 w/6K miles - correct) An estimate for our windshield and your signed rental car agreement was emailed to you and Progressive as requested. No envelopes were involved. Take care.

I have no idea what you are talking about. That proves one more time how bright people are there. I never had Taos and never will. You probably should check the details and pay attention what people are saying. I never received the estimate and your hand writing on the invoice is not an estimate. All the invoices and rental agreements were in the envelope. No envelopes were involved? Okay LOL I will not tolerate any sort of discrimination from you personally which you showed and VW of America is already aware of the whole thing.
