I brought my Tiguan to your service department to find a problem my dealer couldn't find. And they DID try, but I needed it fixed, so you took it in AND found it!!! And i thank Madison for a superb inte problem my dealer couldn't find. And they DID try, but I needed it fixed, so you took it in AND found it!!! And i thank Madison for a superb interaction when I made my appt. She actually came outside with me and started a couple of other Tiguans to see if they smoked when started ( they didn't) . It turned out to be improperly installed valve guide seals from the factory! And I love the video from the tech! Answered every question I had! The only thing I disliked was the lack of a loaner during service, but to be fair I did not schedule a loaner either, I just walked in. More

As a woman I have had countless poor experiences at dealerships, auto centers, etc. I recently purchased my first VW and had some issues in which I needed to use my warranty so I took it to McDonald (t dealerships, auto centers, etc. I recently purchased my first VW and had some issues in which I needed to use my warranty so I took it to McDonald (the dealership I bought it from I will never go back to). Stephen was my service advisor then and was phenomenal. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and went out of his way to explain everything to me which I had never previously experienced. So, when it was time for my regularly scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) I knew I would be bringing it to McDonald VW. Stephen was my service advisor again and was just as great as the first time! He gave me a bottle of water while I waited and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any needs that arise because this is the best experience I have had anywhere. More
