Greeted with a smile when arrived . Air conditioning & drinks in waiting room. Got a paid Lyft ride home & back so I didn’t have to waste time waiting in their waiting area. Doug Brown was great. He communicated everything in a timely manner and made sure that we understood what needed to be done. Horrible service! !! We are on day 4 with no car and they have no idea what is wrong with the car but still REFUSE to give us a rental car. No communication today or up !! They have sent us two videos blaming us for the car not starting however the car still will not start even they have “fixed” those issues. So disappointed in this dealership. More
