When I went to the dealership for a test drive and potential purchase, everything went just as Frank presented. The test drive was leisurely and at no point did I feel any pressure or feel rushed. I sensed that Frank enjoys what he does and that, in and of itself, made the whole experience more pleasurable. The price was as discussed, the car was as described and I was in and out in about and hour and a half. The financing went smoothly and everything was explained and re-explained if I asked.
