Oil change on 5/31 When we went in on 5/31 and there was a larger girl who was just looking at us while she was eating something in the service area. We weren’t sure where to go until I asked her to assist us she then just pushed us to Gauge (sp) who helped us. When we returned to pick up the car again it was confusing where to go and what to do. We didn’t get helped until I asked this older man what we need to do to pick up our car. More

Service They serviced my can in a timely fashion . They called me to pick it up saying it was finished. I walked from home taking me 30 mins to get back to t They serviced my can in a timely fashion . They called me to pick it up saying it was finished. I walked from home taking me 30 mins to get back to the dealership. Then waited for 15 mins for them to bring my car . They had not washed it so then another 15 while they washed my vehicle. I was not happy with the wait. More
Customer service is not the best I like taking my car here because I know they will do a great job; however, customer service could be improved. When I came to pick up my car around 4 I like taking my car here because I know they will do a great job; however, customer service could be improved. When I came to pick up my car around 4pm there was no one to greet me, I couldn’t find anyone to help me and as a result I waited 30 minutes before someone helped me. Several service managers walked past me however no one said anything to me. When I finally got help things were fine but it should never take that long to first speak with someone. Perhaps there should be a service greeting desk where you can be directed to the next available service provider. More

She was very helpful. The paperwork was completed thoroughly. I was escorted to the waiting area with drinks and snacks, even dog treats. The appointment was completed as promised with no surprises. I was very pleased with the personal attention and excellent customer service. More
