I get extremely good customer service at Ehrlich, along with top notch mechanic crews for maintenence and repairs. They make you feel like a special person there, not a number. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with my service. Was charged more than $300 for diagnostics. It was made clear that the breaks were the problem when we dropped it off. Ultimately charged more than $300 for them to u than $300 for diagnostics. It was made clear that the breaks were the problem when we dropped it off. Ultimately charged more than $300 for them to unplug and plug back in a sensor and replace a single fuse. We were told we were given a deal because it was so much work to find the problem... what a joke! They were told it was the breaks when we dropped it off. They took advantage of the situation in a time of crisis as my husband is an essential personal and can't be without a mode of transportation. Will never return to this company and never reccomend to anyone. More

They were really nice to my college student and very honest. My daughters door on her car wouldn't open and we thought it was the mechanism but it was as simple as just needing lubricating. They could have made all sorts of reasons what the problem was but found the root cause and took care of it with a very reasonable price. We definitely will use this dealer again as long as my daughter attends college in Greeley. More
Too many bad experiences I’ve brought my many Toyota’s to Ehrlich for the last 9 years. In the last 2 years I have been increasingly more disappointed and will not return. M I’ve brought my many Toyota’s to Ehrlich for the last 9 years. In the last 2 years I have been increasingly more disappointed and will not return. My biggest peeves are recommending services that I don’t need (ie: filters, tires, brakes etc). The management makes excuses for bad employees. I can’t tell you how many services I would have paid for that were not needed had I not had it looked at by another mechanic. Things like recommending a cabin filter after only 5000 miles. This last visit, I only came in because I received a great coupon in the mail- specifically addressing my 2015 Sienna. They said that they could not honor the coupon because my car didn’t take that oil. Don’t send me misleading mail. More

Very bad experience Had to wait 40 minutes to pick up my car. After 20 to 25 minutes people started to come in for service and the other person picked up there car. We we totally ignored. Then finally they said we could check out. We asked what took so long and no one could give us a good answer nor was willing to apologize for our inconvenience. The worst experiences I have ever had. We do not know who helped us. No one would give us there name. So I am just picking a name so the review can go through. Now I have another recall on my car and I am dredging going in. More

Cuando en el tablero esta encendida la luz que esto indica. Porque?? Que alguien me explique,porque? El corolla entró a servicio para cambio de bomba de agua. Y creo que por eso no les fue posible ver la luz encendida en el tablero indicando calibración necesaria. OMG! simplemente me parece absurdo. Es está la calidad del servicio?. La cortesía en servicio? Somos una familia orgullosamente poseedores de varios modelos TOYOTAS desde el año 2006...y por eso es algo que no puedo creer... si no soy nueva en el dealer,ni con motores toyota....En fin,Está de pensarse.
