Bought a used vehicle. It was a very positive experience. Did everything they said they would do. We were coming in to look at a SUV with higher miles. We selected one of those vehicles and were happy with the numbers. I also want to say that Jessica went above and beyond get a SUV from Ft. Morgan on a Saturday afternoon over to Greeley late, actually Nicole went and got it. Never once was it brought up that we choose another vehicle and the time wasted. Very good customer service from going to go getting the vehicle, to negotiating for our new SUV. Finance actually got us a lower rate then my preapproval credit union loan too! Trust me when I say, that there's nothing worse then taking the time and having to battle to get a new vehicle, but this experience with Ehrlich Toyota in Greeley was very positive! Great service! We’ve always been a Toyota family and we were looking at the Highlander or the RAV4. I test drove both and preferred the Highlander. I had done some online research on pricing and had a fair price in mind when I went in to the dealership. Before I left, Toyota gave me a quote on the Highlander I liked and even before the special rebate, the price they quoted was very close to the price I had in mind. The rebate Toyota offered made it an even sweeter deal. I left the dealership with the quote in writing and no pressure. Went to another dealership to compare their cars against the Toyota’s and received good service there but received no quotes or follow up from them. I went back to Toyota with some clarification questions and purchased the Highlander. I was very happy with the way they handled our purchase. It was super easy, all questions answered, and no pressure. They were very respectful but clearly wanted our business. More
