I heard an add on the radio and I've heard many adds on the radio and just ignored them but the last add for Ehrlichts Toyota I thought alright let's go see if this is the real deal I always hated car deal the radio and just ignored them but the last add for Ehrlichts Toyota I thought alright let's go see if this is the real deal I always hated car dealerships and the salesman that come with them (shark's as I call them) but apon arriving Robert casual approached me and my family and ask us how we were doing and what are needs were today I explained to him what I needed after driving a used vehicle I just wasn't comfortable purchasing it based on the fact that you don't really know how the previous owner treated it I said to robert what else you got he pointed me in the direction of the truck I always wanted a TUNDRA I test drove that for a half a mile and need not drive anymore I knew this was my truck Robert was able to give me all the info I asked about the vehicle it was a perfect so I flipped around and went back to the dealership to do what most of us in this economy dread the financing Robert and Richard made it so smooth I had my wife pinch me as I was driving off in the truck of my dreams. These Guys rock and if you want a vehicle I recommend them for sure. They do exactly what they say they are in it make money but they understand that we the customer have to be satisfied or they ain't gettin nothing. More

I came in for an oil change and mentioned a noise when I pushed on the brakes. They immediately brought a technician out to listen to the noise. They tried the easy fix first, but then determine that a ma pushed on the brakes. They immediately brought a technician out to listen to the noise. Quick service, friendly service, and they worked to get my repair covered under warantee. I have never worked with a better auto dealer in my 60 years. More

My only suggestion is that all people who work at a car dealership should learn to talk a bit slower. We all need to remember that anyone who works in a specific industry (and if they have done it for a time) will know each and every aspect of that trade, therefore the words come out quickly, routinely and in somewhat of a rote manner. A car customer walking in the door may only buy a car every few years so therefore the new words, terminologies and phrases just flood out of the mouths of the people within the walls of the dealership. One specific example (keep in mind I'm somewhat hard of hearing) in this instance was when I wrote the check out for the car, the person accepting the check asked me in a very quick, off the tongue manner whether or not I needed to move some funds around? Initially, I got the impression he wanted me to move funds on-line right there while I was at his desk. But, after I asked, "What?"....he was simply asking if I needed to move some money into that account in the very near future before he cashed the check. So...no huge issues. I'd just try to remind everyone that most car customers don't buy cars very often and everything is very new and it's somewhat like drinking from a firehose. More

I was greeted by Carol Mayfield who promptly and professionally answered all my questions and explained what services would be completed during my service visit. We went to Ehrlich Toyota Scion to look at Toyota RAV4 car models. Neither my husband nor I were looking forward to talking and negotiating with any car sales representatives. We received a warm, friendly, sincere greeting and a relaxed no-pressure sales experience. We've never met a salesman so enthusiastic about his products and so willing to help. He was highly knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and did not try to sell us a higher-end model car that we didn't need. Thank you Matt! I called Travis on Monday morning to inquire about a Toyota Highlander that we were interested in purchasing. I had one on hold at Pederson Toyota and were told it was the only one available to us on t Toyota Highlander that we were interested in purchasing. I had one on hold at Pederson Toyota and were told it was the only one available to us on the lease speacial. I wanted to confirm that so I called to see what Erlich could do. I wanted some other options that the Highlander Pederson had did not have. I told Travis about what I wanted and he said he could get it and that he would match the deal that I was getting and Pederson. By that afternoon we had the car we wanted with all the options and even got the color my wife wanted. I appreciate the good service and fast response of Travis we picked are car up that afternoon and they delevered on everything we talked about on the phone. Travis's knowledge of the car was very impressive and he walked us through all the functions of our new car, even setting up the bluetooth for my wife. Our business and confidence was won by the exceptionally responsive, respectful, intelligent, forthright, kind, and attentive integrity demonstrated by Internet Salesperson, Charles Bradley. Unfortunately less than a month from delivery Charles mysteriously disappeared and Internet Salesperson Travis Ratliff was left to finish our transaction. While Travis is quite personable, enthusiastic and surely just as integrity driven, we cannot be certain we would have ordered our new vehicle from Ehrlich had he been our initial contact rather than Charles. That being said, we are nonetheless delighted that we did. Travis was friendly, eager and accessible, and had personal experience with our vehicle, so was able to demonstrate and explain things from a first-hand perspective. We also had a fine experience with finance manager Brad Ambrozevitch, he was patient, helpful, intuitive and informative. We would have liked to have been made aware of certain options he offered in advance of our coming to pick-up the vehicle, however: we were happy to learn about and purchased the extended Toyota Care, warranties and Ding Monkey service, but would have come better prepared to pay; and we were forced to decline options to preserve/protect the new car paint and upholstery, as we would have had to leave the vehicle, and arrange a pick-up, yet again, having already juggled schedules and driven quite a way. We do believe the team would have worked to accommodate us if we had decided these options were an absolute must, but having driven up in, and already relinquished, our trade it would have been overly complicated. When Travis introduced us to Justin Baird, Service Manager, we were also impressed enough to learn that the Service Department of this dealership does things a bit differently than others (in that their staff are actual Ehrlich employees, rather than a separate contracted company), that we first gladly planned to drive more than a hour to use them for our scheduled maintenance visits rather than a dealership right around the corner. Cactus Sweeney in Customer Relations was also pleasant, engaging and seemed sincere in his desire to ensure our satisfaction during his after-sale interview with us. We are bit put off now, that of the several emails Ehrlich has sent just days since our purchase, we've only received obvious form letters, rather than personal follow-ups; especially considering the commitment to excellence and customer service having been so highly touted. We are sure this would be the case with any dealership, but would still prefer the consistently genuine and earnest communication after the sale, that we experienced before and during the process. This has caused us to doubt some of our own enthusiasm for the dealership. Still, having shopped around prior, Ehrlich is clearly a leader in terms of its longevity; fair, direct, even-handed, no-tatic, policies and pricing; softer and more thoughtful salesmanship; and practical and principled handling of its service department and personnel.
