Nisa Garcia, our sales person, was very attentive to our needs and was not at all pushy or in a hurry to get us into a car which is how I've felt at every other dealership. It seemed like she wanted to find the right car for us as well and was happy to show multiple model and options to see which best suited our needs. Overall I was very satisfied with the purchase, EXCELLENT customer service, followed by a great deal on a Camry. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Nisa for anyone looking for a new car! More

In the end, he helped me find a car on another lot that was exactly what I wanted. My one caveat has nothing to do with Ken. He was the perfect salesman and a nice guy to boot. But somehow someone on the team kept listing my husband as the buyer and main contact even though he NEVER came into the store. This was my decision and I did all of the work with full support from my husband who was out of state (and we agreed it was "my" car for most practical purposes.) It was a little insulting. Jonathon called the dealer once about one car (and didn't even link himself to me or my shopping and had no intention of it) and from then on he was considered the buyer and I was asked once or twice if I needed my husband's permission for things. It was a tad insulting, but Ken did help me make sure it was adjusted to list me as the main person on the title. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I wouldn't even mention the tiny negative to someone else. I'd shop there again. Just you know, recognize the actual buyer and not just the male:) More
