The car we wanted was at another lot and ended up getting sold while we wer My husband and I worked with Scott Helman and had an excellent experience! The car we wanted was at another lot and ended up getting sold while we were negotiating, so they offered us two more deals, one on a newer car (still out of our budget) and another similar car for the same price. We took the other similar car, also at the other lot. The car is in GREAT shape and we are very happy with our purchase. The staff was friendly and informative and non pushy. We will work with this establishment for all of our car needs from now on! More

Pleasantly surprised Based on past experience, I expected to be approached by a sales person immediately after stepping out of my car. But Nisa took the time to get to know me and my interests. She endured over an hour out it the low 20 ' s cold looking at cars wit me. She was patient and understanding. I was impressed with her attitude of "how can I make this work for you". I told her I wanted the bottom line and that's just what she got me right away. No back and forth trying to jockey the price. I told her what I wanted and she got it done. I don't hand out compliments often but Nica went above and beyond her job description to get me into a car I liked with a price I could afford. She took the time (several hours) to explain everything I had questions on and even answered questions I wouldn't have thought to ask but needed to know. I was very impressed, and I highly recommend Nica Garcia as your sales rep. You can't find anyone more knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and a pleasure to work with.
