Five Ehrlich vehicles purchased and counting! Yesterday my wife and I picked up the latest of five vehicles that we have purchased from Ehrlich over the last 14 years. What a terrific experience in every regard. Patience is Chad's middle name, from going over the numbers to the paperwork to explaining to us every feature of the vehicle before we drove away. He even cleaned the license plates from our trade-in before he woud let us take them in the new one! He has also always been a cell phone call away to answer questions, day or night. Immideatly got in touch with someone and they immediately began helping us find a car in our price range. They found several vehicles, one which we really enjoyed. Nisa is awesome!! I watch kids from home so both days we were there we had several children with us. Nisa and all the staff were super nice to all the kids. Even when the little one started fussing, one sales person went to the back and got each kid a huge balloon! Not only that, Nisa was very honest about the condition of some of the vehicles which helped put me at ease, knowing that she was honest!! We are new to the area and now realize why so many vehicles carry the Earlich logo. We sincerely appreciate the kindness, fair prices, and overall amazing customer service!
