Long Way for a Truck...but worth it I talked to Erin on the phone from Wyoming about the truck I ended up buying. He was very helpful over the phone and just as nice in person. I flew into Denver and took a shuttle to Greeley for the transaction. Once I was at the dealership, everything went great. Everyone was very helpful and the vehicle was exactly how Erin described it over the phone. They gave me a fair price on the truck, and threw in a topper from another truck that was on the lot. It was an experience After having my previous vehicle for 16 yrs., and buying new at the time, it did feel like things had changed a bit. I was surprised that with the vehicle I purchased that there wasn't a little more room for negotiation on the price., but I also realize that the Highlander Limited seems to be in short supply and to get basically the exterior.color and interior color that I wanted, I felt kind of lucky. Before I decided to purchase at Ehrlich I had checked prices up and down the front range but did not feel good about taking my business out of town. Hopefully the service dept. and the salesman I dealt with keep this in mind and will be helpful with my needs and concerns in future, because with my past experience with other dealers that hasn't always been the case.
