It starts at the top with John Motschall, who is a true professional. Our whole time spent there( 3 hours) went by so fast. Our sales associate Matt Eberle was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We got the Toyota Sienna that we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Just got back from a 1,000 mile road trip and I would give this van an A+. I will be more than happy to recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or pre owned vehicle. More

My next Toyota will come from Ehrlich I visited the Ehrlich Toyota dealership in Greeley to ask about a possible trade/upgrade for my current 2009 Sienna LE, and Luis made took me out to I visited the Ehrlich Toyota dealership in Greeley to ask about a possible trade/upgrade for my current 2009 Sienna LE, and Luis made took me out to show me every Sienna they had on the lot. I found him to be most pleasant & knowledgable about the Sienna & thoroughly appreciated his input . He also helped with a minor problem I was having with one of the seats in my current Toyota and had me take it in to their service department to check it out. I was going to make an appointment; but he didn't think it would take their service staff very long to make a correction, and he was right ! In less than 5 minutes, the service manager & staff had the issue corrected and wouldn't even let me pay them anything for their time (one corner of a 2nd row seat was stuck & couldn't be removed). After my experience with Luis, Erlich certainly will have all my future business for as long as they have him on their staff. Thank you, Dennis More

The moment I pulled up to the lot I wasn't hounded by the vulchers of a dealership. Having worked with Travis Ratliff before on a previous purchase, I asked for him personally. I told him my situation and what I was able to afford. Travis showed me what I was looking for and worked with Pace Clyncke to make it happen. Travis has always had a great attitude and makes sure that the customer is the number one priority. The whole process was smooth and seamless. I traded a 2012 Tundra for a 2014 Tundra and got my wife a 2014 Corolla for the same payments as I was paying on the 2012 Tundra all with in about 2 hours. Now that was magic. All joking aside, this was a good buying experience. I have had some uneasy situations with car dealerships, many of them living up to their reputation as xxxxxxxx. Travis Ratliff was fun to talk to and made it fairly easy and quick to get the deal done. He worked with us to get us within the price/ payment scope we needed to work with, and we were happy with the deal we got when we drove away. If you'd like some constructive criticism: let the potential buyers test drive without the salesman in the car. I realize this may be company policy, but it makes it easier to discuss the vehicle with your significant other when you are test driving alone. Other than that, I'll say that due to Travis being easy to work with, and the finance department (Brad) being up front, honest, and informative, we will be back when it's time to trade in our Jeep. More
