After calling and confirming when the car would be available to see and drive, we were delightfully surprised at the dealer's atmosphere. Absolutely NO pressure! Luis Noriega was great to deal with in sales. He allowed us the extra time we needed to thoroughly discuss the car on our own. Jennifer Kelly was extremely professional in financing. We were VERY surprised at the 15K mile/1 year oil change and tire rotation included with the sale. However, we were even more surprised and extremely THANKFUL for the 36K mile/3 year warranty offered on the drive train and the high tech components for this used vehicle, which is just under 70K miles. My experience with Shalyah and the dealership was completely opposite from my experience in Ft Collins. They answered my questions with actual knowledge, facts and treated me with respect. I got a good price on my trade in, which they also backed up with a print out showing how they arrived at the trade in fiqure. I was out of there with the vehicle in less than 3 hours. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. More
