Our saleswoman not only did what she could to get us a great deal, she and the rest of the team went out of their way to protect our interests when we accidentally purchased a 2 wheel drive truck by mistake. The finance team questioned the 2 wheel drive purchase based largely in part because of the personal conversation they went out of their way to engage us in. The saleswoman took immediate action to rectify the situation by personally calling us and inviting us back in even though it was almost closing time. Then both her and management did all they could to keep us in a truck we wanted for a better price than we could have hoped for, in and effort to rectify an honest mistake that, in my opinion, they didn't have to claim full responsibility for. Words can't express my gratitude. More
