We were a little offput by the first sales person we encountered as that person offered help and.. never returned. Fortunately, there was another willing gent ready to assist us. The staff was very friendly and informative. We did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. They gave us a great price on a new car. The great thing too is they spend time answering any questions about the vehicle and it's features. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends in search of a new vehicle! A great experience and wonderful team Peggy Martin and the whole team took excellent care of my wife and I during and after the purchase of our new TRD PRO 4Runner last month. I had co Peggy Martin and the whole team took excellent care of my wife and I during and after the purchase of our new TRD PRO 4Runner last month. I had contacted the dealership regarding a hard to find 4Runner. They had it. I reached Peggy, a true sales professional and she answered all of my questions knowledgeably and quickly. She sent me all of the information I requested quickly and assisted me with putting down a deposit to hold it till the weekend. We live on the other side of the state so she had all of the fine details nailed down so our delivery was quick and easy. Challenges offer businesses the opportunities to prove their worth. A small challenge setting up the XM radio on my new 4Runner led to one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Peggy took the minor issue personally and provided above and beyond service to reassure me it would be resolved and to prevent the minor challenge from ruining or hampering our experience or day. We left Ehrlich with the exact vehicle we wanted, a great deal, better financing that we expected, and with amazing follow up to make sure we were loving the new ride. It is nice to work with a dealership that takes care of their employees and doesn't have them fighting to beat you up on price or sell you features/add ons you don't need. The next time we need a new or used vehicle, Peggy and the team at Ehrlich will be my first and likely only call. More
