Every time I come for service there is always an awkwardness when i pull in. This time a woman was talking to 2 service guys personal business. She could have acknowledged my presence and said someo awkwardness when i pull in. This time a woman was talking to 2 service guys personal business. Another guy was on the phone with a customer, he saw me and should have raised a finger to say someone will be right with you. I could not hear the video recording of the inspection. When I made the appointment, I forgot to ask one question. I called back and left a message and did not receive a call back. More

All personnel at the dealership were efficient, professional and transparent. It was simply a pleasant car buying experience. The whole process took less than 1.5 hours. We ordered the car a while ago, so it was great to see they were prepared when we arrived. Especially since we drove an hour to the dealership. Very respectful of our time. This was not the case with the car we purchased two years ago with a similar scenario. I would certainly recommend Gio, Juan and the folks at McDonald Toyota to others.
