I wasn't sure when I went to the dealership, if I really wanted to trade my 2010 Camry for a 2012 Camry. Bob was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, answered all my questions and did not do the high pressure sale job I have experiened at other non Toyota dealerships. After I made the decision to buy the 2012 XLE Camry, Ian Roberts was very efficient and friendly in filling out the paperwork. Bob then gave me instruction in basic 2012 Toyota 101. Everything went very well. The timing was perfect and the results turned out great. Asmyr showed a lot of patience with me as we worked through the electronics on the new Camry. I couldn't remember my password to access my email and he called my provider and got everything worked out. I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the service. I have been taking my 2006 Corolla to Ehrlich Toyota east for several years now. The reason I first started doing business with them was because of their community activities but the reason I continue is th for several years now. The reason I first started doing business with them was because of their community activities but the reason I continue is the great service and caring people. They always seem to go the extra mile and my experience with Mariel Guzman & James Meschke just solidified that feeling. I only purchased a Corolla as that car I think is perfect for me but I was treated as if I was purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. I will continue to make Ehrlich Toyota East my one stop car store. More
