My third car from Ehrlich, very good service all around. I said that Toyota must put them thru customer service training because they are all very good at their jobs!! All three of the gentlemen who helped us did a nice job. Bobby Held responded quickly to an internet inquiry and greeted us in the parking lot. I walked into Ehrlich Toyota East in Fort Morgan and gave them my parameters and everything on my wish list that I wanted in a used car. Not once did Asmyr Cano try to coax me out of my comfort zone. I recently went in to Ehrlich Toyota East and was met by Mariel Guzman, a friendly, lovely person who listened to what I was looking for and showed me several vehicles.
