You don't want to do business with the fine salesmen at Ehrlich Toyota Fort Morgan because they will lie to your face and not give a xxxx about you, your time or your convenience. Details - In the market for a used Sienna AWD for the family. Emailed a bunch of dealers and narrowed down to 3 options. One of them at Ehrlich Toyota in Fort Morgan. Started negotiating with them over email, no red flags as yet. The salesman on the other end worked through the deal with me, we settled on a number and he invited me to his fine dealership (115 miles away) on a Saturday morning promising to earn my business. The kids had just started their winter break but I convinced them to get up early so we can go get our new car before the holidays. Drove all morning and get to the dealership just before lunch. Test drive and all is well start talking about the deal and BAM the guy has amnesia. His sales manager comes along and they completely recant on the negotiated deal and start talking about how nice the car is, show me features and original list price etc. I KNOW all that that is why I drove 90 minutes one way to close the deal. But I also have written emails from your sales guy giving me a firm price which you won't honor. Here is the kicker, we have this conversation with the sales manager, he nods his head and says "let me go back and run some numbers". This is when I start having a flashback to the the late 90's early 2000's car dealerships. They leave the customer and family out while they go into a back room and crunch numbers for 20 - 30 minutes (really!!!) Kids are getting hungry, wife is looking at me like "xxx?" The pressure is building... I can't take the waiting anymore so I walk into the "back room" and what do I see the guys are sitting around chatting and have a nice Mexican lunch while my wife and kids are sitting outside hungry, tired because Dad promised them a new car ride back. They fumble around and tell me we will be with me shortly. And then the salesguy (the same who sent me emails late into the night the day before committing to a price) comes out and starts talking about how this a loss deal for them and he can't give me the negotiated price. That's when I know its over, pick up and walk out and write the 5 hours of our life to a must-have life experience to never ever go to an Ehrlich dealership and informing the world to make their choices wisely and hopefully save themselves the same heartburn. If you work for Ehrlich and care about your customers I invite you to reach out to me and I will be happy to provide you with the emails referenced here, not a misunderstanding but a blatant lie and fabrication by your employees who knowingly took me down this path. My wife bought me a 2011 Camaro 2SS/RS for an anniversary present. The funny thing was I did not have any idea about her plans. She had spent two day convincing me that it was impossible for us to get this present. The funny thing was I did not have any idea about her plans. She had spent two day convincing me that it was impossible for us to get this car after I had found it the night of our 9th anniversary after dinner. What I did not know was that on the morning of the 7th of June this year, she had already contacted Robert Held about the car. To make a long story short, Robert and the Ehrlich Team helped my wife purchase the car on Thursday the 7th of June and managed to conceal it from me. On the afternoon of Friday the 8th, my wife contacted me and told me that she was having car troubles and that she had contacted the company from which they lease their company vehicles to find an authorized repair shop. They gave her three choices, Sterling, Greeley or Ehrlich in Fort Morgan. So, I told her to go to Ehrlich as it was the closest and that I would meet her there. After driving for an hour to get there, I found her with the hood up waiting in line for the service department to look at her truck. That is when she and the Ehrlich Team pulled the biggest surprise of my life on me. Unfortunately, they caught the whole thing on video and I have agreed to let Robert share this video with everyone of your customers. Needless to say, this was the beginning of a lifetime relationship with your company! The team at the Fort Morgan store has won our hearts and business; they are truly a great bunch of people to work with. On Monday the 30th of July, I was able to return the favor to my wife. I sent Robert an email on Sunday evening about a 2012 Tundra Limited Crew Max that my wife fell in love with and he emailed me a response in a matter of minutes. On Monday morning, I visited with Robert off and on about the truck and a trade that I wanted to do and by that afternoon I had purchased the truck for my wife. We were not able to pull off the same type of surprise that my wife pulled on me, but it was still a good one. She is very happy with the new truck as it is everything that she had expected and more. I have never been a big Toyota fan until now, but it is not just the quality of the truck that made this happen. It was also Robert Held and the Ehrlich Team that made this change in me. My wife and I both agree that our purchases with your team are the most pleasant ones either of us have ever had with a car dealership! Your people are awesome! Thank you for letting me send this long winded story to you and thank you for the efforts of the Fort Morgan Team and their wonderful customer service before, during and after! Bought a new truck at the end of May and felt very good about the entire experience. Even though I paid more that I had planned I didn't come away feeling that I had been "fleeced". Tom was not at all th about the entire experience. Even though I paid more that I had planned I didn't come away feeling that I had been "fleeced". Tom was not at all the slick smooth talking car salesman that is portrayed in the media. A posiltive experience. More

I was introduced to the the sales manager and the service manager and they were friendly and helpful. The entire staff were very down home and fit well in the small town environment. The price I paid for the vehicle was extremely fair and I think they gave me an honest deal. I felt the dealership truly appreciated doing business and made me feel appreciated. I would definitely do business with them again. More
