New Tundra I had a 2010 Tundra with the 4.6 engine. I was satisfied with it but would have liked to have the 5.7. I was taking my adult son to pick up his Coroll I had a 2010 Tundra with the 4.6 engine. I was satisfied with it but would have liked to have the 5.7. I was taking my adult son to pick up his Corolla from service when the delearship wheeled in a 2015 Tundra with a 5.7. The manager, Bob, said if I traded my truck in he would install air bag suspension free. He and salesperson Andi offered me some other incentives, including taking some off the sticker price, without pressuring me. My wife and I decided to trade for the new truck. Bob and Andi were very helpful in explaining all the bells and whistles. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Ehrlich the 2010 and 2015 Tundras and a 2014 Camry), and my son bought his Corolla there. The sales, service and parts experiences have all been good. Buyer...Watch yourself! I was ready to purchase a two year old truck from Ehrlich East and was given the run around for days on financing saying Toyota had none available...a I was ready to purchase a two year old truck from Ehrlich East and was given the run around for days on financing saying Toyota had none available...after two days of this hassle, I gave up, I was treated this way by a sales associate I had purchased 5 new toyotas previously (at full sticker) from at Ehrlichs...just imagine what a new customer would experience. I then went to Mountain States Toyota in Denver, bought a brand new truck with 14000 fewer miles and two years newer than the one at Ehrlichs for the same price with no hassle...later I found out that the Ehrlich salesman may have a conflict of interest to offer the financing and may have incentives NOT to offer Toyotas financing...This explained why there were ads on TV for toyota financing and my salesman acted like it was over for ever. Needless to say my 1.9% and NEW truck looks good in the driveway. If you want a hassle, lies about financing availability, and a high price try Ehrlich East....if you want a pleasant experience, great price, and to be treated with respect go to Mountain States Toyota..So much for loyalty...I am done. More
