Purchase of an almost new auto in exchange for a much older I had purchased another car which continued to have engine problems and the dealership was kind enough to take the auto back and get me into another I had purchased another car which continued to have engine problems and the dealership was kind enough to take the auto back and get me into another very late model with no hesitation for which I am very thankful and the change was very pleasant and enjoyable. Quickest purchase of a new car I ever experienced! I had been looking for a new 2014 FJ Cruiser for some time and they were scarce. Luckily for me, they had the perfect one at Ehrlich Toyota East in F I had been looking for a new 2014 FJ Cruiser for some time and they were scarce. Luckily for me, they had the perfect one at Ehrlich Toyota East in Ft, Morgan. I accomplished most of the deal on the phone the day before with Jason, who was great. I went to the dealership in the morning and they had everything ready for me. Much to my surprise, the purchase went quickly. The customer service I received was excellent. Everyone there...Bob, the manager, Jared, my salesman and Ian in Finance were so accomodating, helpful and friendly. Jeff in the parts and service department was very friendly and the guys in the service department. I would not hesitate at all to buy another vehicle from this dealership. They come highly, highly recommended by me and I will send everyone I know looking for a vehicle to them. Thank you very much!! I love my new FJ! More
