Jim was able to answer all our questions and respected and acknowledged what was important to us in a vehicle and steered us gently toward the vehicles that fit what we were wanting. When we met with Andee for financing options she was on top of her game. She gave us the options that were available to us and was so personable and kind that we feel we are old friends now! Everyone needing a vehicle should talk to both of them before going anywhere else for a vehicle! More

We were looking for a pickup truck that we could use around the farm and also for recreation. Though serious about a purchase, we were not in a hurry. Quite by accident we found out that Jim Meschke, a friend whom we had not seen for many years was a sales person at Ehrlich East Toyota, just a few blocks from where we were. We decided to go by and say hi to him and let him know that we were back in the area. It was a fine reunion as we caught up on old times. After catching up a bit, we decided to look at the pre-owned trucks on the lot and to my surprise, found just what we were looking for. Jim gave us all the details we needed to make an informed decision. He was patient as we negotiated the price allowing us space and time to think. I appreciate his professional demeanor and philosophy of connecting the customer and product without undue pressure. I would go back to him in a heartbeat. More

Ehrlich Toyota East- You'll be Family! Having young children in tote while car shopping can be quite a fiasco! I must say- Ehrlich Toyota East in Fort Morgan, Co. is outstanding! The lot Having young children in tote while car shopping can be quite a fiasco! I must say- Ehrlich Toyota East in Fort Morgan, Co. is outstanding! The lot had many vehicles to choose from, but none of them were the "right" one for this picky lady! Jared sent me out for a test drive and while I was gone, he went above and beyond, searching his other lots for the perfect vehicle for us. Which he found, of course! The staff at Ehrlich had the vehicle I wanted on their Fort Morgan lot in a few short hours! Not only did Ehrlich work with us for the financing we desired, but Jared had an unlimited amount of patience while teaching me all of the fancy bells and whistles that came with my new Highlander! Fresh popcorn and cool refreshments, as well as a cozy place for my kiddos to play were offered while we waited for the paper work. (Which was speedy and efficient!) The costumer service at Ehrlich is phenomenal, I promise they will treat you just like family! I highly recommend Ehrlich Toyota East- Fort Morgan, and when you get there ask for Jared Kimball - he do everything he can to take care of you! More
