Still unsure if airbags were changed on recall No one was there to open on time. Told was a 2 hr Serv to change both airbags. Done in less than 40 min. No indication recall was done as no protective covers on inside. Wrong info returned on text questions because person finally said was answering wrong persons question. Then, after supposedly recall was done, got another alert from Mazda saying I still needed to do recall. I still am unsure if my airbags are safe. The person taking over for the staff member who didn't show up was friendly enough, but overall, I don't have enough confidence to trust this Mazda service with doing future work my car. More
