Great customer service!! To be honest, I bought a vehicle from this dealership and had a few issues at first. They truly do stand behind their vehicles they sell. The service department was amazing as well. They went above and beyond to fix the previously said issues. I would definitely recommend this dealership again!!! More

Outstanding Customer Service I came to Jason at Courtesy needing help as another dealer was trying to overcharge for services. Thoughtful and fair I had to bring my car in to have a small piece replaced undertook the chassis that was loose and causing an irritating noise while driving at higher s I had to bring my car in to have a small piece replaced undertook the chassis that was loose and causing an irritating noise while driving at higher speeds. While the service took much longer than anticipated, the service rep was professional, respectful and friendly. When I went to pay for the service, labor charges were added on for the removal of a piece of rubber that was stuck in the air duct the previous week, along with some other warranty work (the part for under the chassis had to be ordered, requiring me to come back the next week). When I responded with surprise, because I wasn’t made aware of that charge, the service rep immediately removed it, which I felt was great customer service! More

Taken Advantage Of I brought my 2017 cx-5 in for a routine oil change because this is where I bought it. Let me say I called first because it was a Saturday and was told I brought my 2017 cx-5 in for a routine oil change because this is where I bought it. Let me say I called first because it was a Saturday and was told they could do it, but when i walked in i wasn't even greeted with a hello, just stares and an uncomfortable silence. Finally i had to break the silence. Then the guy who helped me kept showing service plans on a board but was jumping back and forth so fast i had no idea what he was talking about. I walked out thinking i had agreed to a $141.95 plan which would include changing my air filters because they were due at 15k miles. Later that day when i went to pick up my car and $263!!!! Yes, $263, i was so angry i just paid and left. It had not been explained that I would be charged $20 labor for each air filter installed and then I had been charged $169 for my oil change!!! What the xxxx?!?!?! I NEVER would have agreed to this. And I feel that because I am a girl coming in to drop off my car that I was viewed as an easy target to confuse and take advantage of. I will NOT be bringing my car back here ever. This was the worst experience ever. Oh, and they left greasy dirty finger prints inside my car. More
