When I said something about the length of time to the service manager he said he was sorry but just shook it off. Said it was a busy time of day and there were several vehicles to service. It appears from what he said that the service department schedules their appointments without regard to the number of bays and mechanics they have. You call and they say "sure - bring it in" no matter what. I have always been pleased with this service department (not so much the sales department!), but now I'm wondering if I should be going elsewhere. More

After the initial diagnosis, it was determined that the issue was potentially related to my windsheild which was not covered under the manufacturer warranty. I was very frustrated with Mazda because of this, and the service team went above and beyond and somehow convinced them to cover it anyways. My car got fixed and has zero issues now. I highly recommend this team to anyone who needs work done on their Mazda. More

Your team could have just as easily replaced the items and I would have paid, happily. Instead, I got the honesty, and integrity that I respect. Great job I have had geat experience with the service center, they have done great work. A service tech drove me back to work when my ride fell through. I dropped one star, because it was a ghost town at 4:15 when picking. I had to go to the dealer side to have someone paged and then had to go searching for someone to pay for my services.and get the keys. More
