Due to the package and color I wanted my specific car was not on lot and very difficult to find but Keifer went above and beyond searching the country for the specific soul I wanted. Within 24 hours he not only located exactly what I wanted and had it shipped directly to the dealership. I called him yesterday and today at 3pm I drove off the lot in my brand new red Kia Soul! He not only searched the inventory on the lot he sat down with me and took the time to show all the inventory from their other dealerships just to make sure the car i chose was indeed the one i truely wanted.
