Not only that we found what we were looking for in a minivan, James was able to customize the vehicle according to our needs, and make the deal happen FAST. He understood that I didn't have a lot of time to waste in car hunt. He was able to quickly figure out a reasonable figure for my trade-in as well as the lease. I was able to take the vehicle the same day, without even having to wait at the dealership. In fact I was able to go and take care of my other matters while James completed all the required paperwork and got the vehicle ready for me to pick up. In short, I have never had such a wonderful experience at any other dealerships so far, (and I bet you, I have had dozens of experiences in the last 6 years). More
