Just needed a new headlight. :-) I had made an appointment to get the headlight bulb changed in my Kia Optima. While my husband and I were waiting for this to be done we decided to l I had made an appointment to get the headlight bulb changed in my Kia Optima. While my husband and I were waiting for this to be done we decided to look at new cars. I knew that I was probably going to need to start considering something different and wanted to test drive a Cadenza. This is when we had the privilege of meeting Brad Jeske. Brad was extremely friendly and very attentive to what were looking at and looking for. We told him up front that we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on this day and he was respectful of that. As I explained to him that I was wanting to drive a Cadenza to compare it to my Optima, he looked at me and said follow me I have something to show you. He showed me a 2014 Cadenza that had just come in as a trade in. He let us take it for a test drive, still not pressuring us to buy as he knew that was not our intent for the day. Through out the test drive Brad was able to point out the amazing features of this beautiful car and answer all of our questions about the technology that came with it. Long story-short....Brad never pressured us to buy a vehicle from him, he is extremely knowledgeable of the product he is selling and great to work with. I drove the Cadenza home that day. Brad worked hard to make sure the car was ready for me to drive home that day as it was so new to them that it still needed to be cleaned. Thanks Brad for a great experience!!! I love my new car!! July 19, 2017 Myself and my husband went to McDonald Kia in Saginaw, MI, to see what we won - we received promotional flyer in the mail. When we got out of car, so Myself and my husband went to McDonald Kia in Saginaw, MI, to see what we won - we received promotional flyer in the mail. When we got out of car, someone greeted us and offered us hot dogs and soda right away. We said no thanks and went inside. Turns out we didn't win anything from our flyer. Alan Karow, a salesman, came up to us and started talking and asking us questions. When he found out we had a 2008 Impala he got very excited - he stated they could not keep Impala's on their lot and he wanted to buy our car from us. We stated we weren't really looking for a car. Alan than asked us to go look around on the lot to see if anything interested us. We ended up buying a 2012 Dodge Journey. ALL the employees at McDonald Kia in Saginaw, MI are FANTASTIC!!!! They all stopped and talked to us - made us feel so comfortable! James Nesbitt went above and beyond to get us a price we could afford. We have a problem with our backup camera not working. James Nesbitt knew we were anxious to get going and ride around in our new car. He found out where I work and said he would come see me to pick up the car to get the backup camera fixed while I am working so I won't be inconvenienced! Josh Wolfe had all papers ready for us in a very short period of time - considering they were all extremely busy with the sale. And Josh was very polite!nnAlan Karow was very professional and polite - he made sure we were happy. I definitely plan on buying from them again. More
