Wonderful experience! Had to have my car towed in for service so it was not a scheduled visit and I was very concerned because my car was overheating. The guys in the servi Had to have my car towed in for service so it was not a scheduled visit and I was very concerned because my car was overheating. The guys in the service department were AMAZING. So friendly and so helpful. One of them even let me use his phone charger. They went above and beyond to make the whole experience less stressful. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone. This was my second visit and both were great. More

I actually bought my car a 2012 Hyundai Veloster from McDonald Hyundai and while I was the buying process was not horrible, we were at the dealership for a total of 7hours. What I want to talk about is t McDonald Hyundai and while I was the buying process was not horrible, we were at the dealership for a total of 7hours. What I want to talk about is the poor service I have received twice at the repair shop. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and I had a coupon for a free balance check. They told me it would take an hour so I left for lunch with a friend and came back. They still were not done. 3 hours later I got a call that they did the balance check and I needed to have my tires balanced. I went back to the dealership and sat in the waiting room for another 2+ hours waiting for them to finish my car. When I got in my car, not only did she say they did not have the time to update my computer system, but I had three recalls on my car that they could not get to, and it had not been washed or vacuumed. The girl working felt so bad she said next time I came in to give them this card for a VIP cleaning. Fast forward 2-3 months and my Veloster started driving funny. I brought my car in early on a weekday morning. There was me and three guys there waiting for the shop to open. I drive in second, but I was helped last. The service department guy was snarky, and talked as if I didn't know what was going on with my car. He said "WOW you have 4 recalls on your car" I explained the story from the last time I was there and I got a "sorry." I gave him my VIP cleaning card the girl told me to use, and was shuttled to work. They told me they did not have a car to borrow, but that they would pick me up from work so I needed to call and let them know what time. I called and called, and no one answered. I had to have my husband drive from Colorado Springs to DTC after he left work early to get me. I did not hear a word about my car all day that day. It wasn't until 1PM the following day, they called my husband and said that my car would be ready in an hour. When I got there to pick it up once again my car was not clean inside or out. I called the dealership to let them know and the response I got was "Well next time you need to let us know." I explained that I had given them the card for the VIP cleaning and it had been stapled to my work order. He didn't know what to say except make sure you remind us next time you are in. They had my car for a total of 31 hours, and they only got the recalls taken care of. Even though I bought my car here, and tend to be very loyal, I think I will take my car the arapahoe hyundai next time for service. My car is leased, and I don't know if that has anything to do with how they treat me, but they need to know at the end of my lease they're getting it back. So all the hurried jobs they do and not cleaning it or fixing stuff in a timely or proper manner, it is all coming back to you when I trade my lease in. More
