They also looked at a question I had regarding some rippling that is occurring on the cover of my sunroof. The service manager said he thought it was a result winding up when I open it. Their mechanics are extremely well trained, their service managers (including Chris) are prompt and polite and everything here is all about the customer. No exceptions. Bought my new 2011 Sonata in Sept 2010 and every visit there has been perfection, starting with the dinner party they throw for all new car buyers within two months of your purchase. They even have a high quality coffee shop right behind the dealer and the shop even sells food. I drive all the way across town to go to this dealer because of the above. While waiting for the completion of service, I briefly spoke to salesman David Cunningham who was helpful on the potential future purchase of a used car for a family member. Mike More
Surprise fix Christopher Logan surprised me when I came to service to discuss a problem with an updated download on my 2013 Sonata. I thought it was my limited te Christopher Logan surprised me when I came to service to discuss a problem with an updated download on my 2013 Sonata. I thought it was my limited technology phobia that caused me not to be able to get my phone to sinc with the car. He dropped everything to come to my aid by getting into the car and tried to do it for me. He had trouble completing the task as well. I thought I would have to make an appointment to have service find out the problem but he asked if he could take the car to the service area and see if they could find the problem. As it turned out there was a problem with the software download so they re-did it and now it works great. I have grown accustom to using the hands free feature. Thank you Christopher for your help in getting my problem solved quickly. More

I would definitely not only recommend this dealership but that particular gentlemen to my friends or anyone who was in need of either a service or a Hyundai automobile. He was extrememly nice, went out of his way to take care of me. I also found the lobby comfortable and took care of my needs. But I would definitely rate Rick, my service guy outstanding, mindful, excellent customer service. I was before in question of your dealership and in particular your service department and NOT happy with it the last few times I came in. But this last time, he change my perception around. My wife hates dealing with car sales personnel but even she was impressed with Brad. He is friendly and very professional. The one thing that truly impressed me was his attitude and willingness to admit that he needed help in dealing with us. He said he had never experienced McDonald buying back a Sonata that his experience was with trade-ins. His humility in admitting it and not trying to bull his way through was really impressive.
