We originally drove from Midland to Clare to look at a 2009 Journey. When we arrived it was not what we were told it would be. Mitch was not the original person I spoke with but he was very appologetic an 2009 Journey. When we arrived it was not what we were told it would be. Mitch was not the original person I spoke with but he was very appologetic and very sincerely upset that we were told incorrect information. Jason (the asst. mgr) walked right out in the cold/wind and greatly appoligized stating "this is not what we are about and I want to make sure you guys are 100% satisfied - tell me what we can do for you to make you happy". Needless to say we went in, talked about a few things and drove off the lot with a brand NEW car. 2013. The main reason for this was the SUPREME customer service that was shown to us. Had these two men not went above and beyond, including staying there late on a saturday, keeping our kids occupied and treating us like human beings as well as helping us and offering us the best rates/prices they could, we would have walked away dissatisfied - we had already left 3 other dealerships and we were not afraid to do it again. Their service is what sealed the deal for me and my husband. We have never ever been treated this way at a dealership and because of this one occassion - we absolutely will return and recommend ALL of our friends to this dealership. Yes, its out of our hometown, but I tell you what, you cannot...CAN NOT find this kind of service anywhere else. Kudos to Mitch and Jason - well done guys!! More
