I’m very pleased with the quality of service we’ve recieved on our 2023 Forester purchased from McDaniels. We’re always going to need service based on months, not miles. For the second time Ive been told that a scheduled service wasn't needed. This time it was cabin and engine air filters. The service rep told me that we still had some pollen and the filters were still clean and should wait until the next ( way below the miles mark) to replace the filters. This is the kind of honesty and integrity that I’ve rarely experienced with other dealerships. A big Thank You to McDaniels. Almost forgot! They have by far the best customer waiting area…..comfortable with great snacks and beverages. More

My husband & I had been researching purchasing a Forester for some time. The time was right, so we went to McDaniels, our local dealership. Roger Atkinson greeted us at the door, helped us decide among the m for some time. The time was right, so we went to McDaniels, our local dealership. Roger Atkinson greeted us at the door, helped us decide among the models, and had a Forester Premium reserved for us that was scheduled to arrive the next week. We were able to do much of the paperwork from home. The financing was at a super rate, and we scheduled our visit with the tech specialist at the time of delivery. That appointment was most helpful! We also ordered a rear bumper guard from the parts manager who was also as personable and knowledgeable as could be! We are 100% satisfied with our vehicle and our buying experience! More

I had the worst customer experience at McDaniel's Subaru of Columbia. I left a deposit for a Toyota Tundra on 4/5 and was super excited. I filled out the credit application online and informed them I was co of Columbia. I left a deposit for a Toyota Tundra on 4/5 and was super excited. I filled out the credit application online and informed them I was coming from out of state and would fly in and pick up the vehicle. The ran my credit and informed me I was approved through Wells Fargo, so I booked my flight to SC, Hotel Room, hired a car service to take me to the Airport and added the truck to my insurance policy. The sales manager Angel called me on 4/8 to tell me the management wanted me to finance the truck through Subaru because that was their 1st choice, but they bank could not get in contact with me. I never received a 2nd call from Subaru despite the sale manager stating they would contact me. McDaniels Subaru of Columbia are a bunch of dishonest crooks! They priced the Toyota Tundra too low, and they realized it after they had a ton of activity on it and decided to change our initial finance agreement to get me to back out of the deal so that they can sell the truck for more money. Well, there tactic worked great and now I’m out the money on the flight I booked. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM McDaniels Subaru! More
