When I bought my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in 2017, part of the purchase agreement was free oil changes for the life of the vehicle (except for the 15,000 mile intervals when it comes as part of a maintenance the purchase agreement was free oil changes for the life of the vehicle (except for the 15,000 mile intervals when it comes as part of a maintenance package, which was supposed to be $100 off the total price). However, when I took my Honda in for it's 115,000 mile check-up I was told that the owner has changed their policy and they no longer give the $100 discount for the 15,000 mile interval check-up & they no longer provide free oil changes at the 5,000 or 10,000 mile intervals. I'd say that's a breach of contract, wouldn't you? I do agree with some of the other reviewers though, that this incident has no reflection upon the high quality of service provided by their service technicians. More
